Cynthia Curtis
 Co-President of Davidson Services, LLC, Ms. Curtis has over 25 years of proven business,
project, and product management experience. Her expertise includes complex technology
project management, systems integration, school district student and administrative information
systems, data warehouse and decision support systems, strategic technology planning, RFP
preparation, solution evaluation and selection, and contract negotiation.
Ms. Curtis has worked with numerous school districts and state departments of education on
technology issues. Her clients have included school systems in the states of Tennessee,
Connecticut, Nevada, Alaska, California, Indiana, Oklahoma, Ohio, Georgia, Virginia, and
Washington. For the past 12 years, she has worked exclusively for K-12 industry clients. Prior
to founding Davidson Services, LLC, Ms. Curtis was a Principal for K-12 Services for IBM in
the United States.
Ms. Curtis earned a Masters of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University and
a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
