Delivery Management.
We schedule hardware and software to arrive “just-in-time” within the project cycle to save
money and maximize warranty and initial support periods. We also ensure that vendor staff
are scheduled to work on site at times that are convenient for the district, and that work is
coordinated with appropriate district personnel in advance of the visit. This ensures that
neither district nor vendor time is wasted, and that vendor services and travel charges are
effectively managed. |

Functionality and performance Management.
As the vendor implements their solution, Davidson Services closely monitors the functionality delivered and
performance milestones, and compares that to the functionality and performance proposed and contracted for. If
discrepancies arise, Davidson Services will address and resolve the issues with the vendor. |
